The 6D series is a water-cooled four-cycle that is non-emission. The other specifications were 118 x 155 mm Bore x Stroke.

The engines under this series are the 6D16-T2, 6D16-T7, and 6D17.

6M60 Series

Mitsubishi created the Fuso Fighter 6M60 series to meet 2011 emissions regulations.
The main change to this industrial engine is the common-rail system and a PDF for the after-treatment system. The displacement was 7.545 liters. The industry states that this engine is a leader in green innovation.
